Shared / eCommerce/ WordPress / Application Hosting: 

For shared hosting accounts, your account will be activated instantly upon receipt of payment. Our systems will automatically provision your account, and you will receive a notification containing relevant setup information. 

However, please note that due to our fraud prevention systems, there may be cases where an order is placed in a “Pending” state. This means it will require confirmation or acceptance by our management. In such cases, there may be delays, and the automatic creation of shared hosting accounts mentioned above will not take place immediately. 

Cloud / VPS / Dedicated and Other: 

Services other than those provided on our shared hosting environments will be provisioned manually within 48 hours after we receive the first payment. 

Please note that the above timelines are provided as a general guideline, and we strive to activate and provision services as quickly as possible. In certain cases, additional verification or setup requirements may cause slight delays. Rest assured that we make every effort to deliver your services promptly.
